摘要
目的检测结直肠癌组织中叉头状螺旋转录因子Foxp3调节性T细胞和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达水平,探讨两者表达水平与结直肠癌患者临床病理特征的关系以及联合检测的临床意义。方法收集2014年1月至2015年1月结直肠患者临床资料,应用免疫组织化学染色检测60例结直肠癌组织和癌旁组织中Foxp3和HIF-1α的表达。结果结直肠癌组织中Foxp3的阳性表达率68.3%(41/60)明显高于癌旁组织阳性表达率21.7%(13/60),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且Foxp3表达水平与肿瘤的分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05);结直肠癌组织中HIF-1α的阳性表达率63.3%(38/60)明显高于癌旁组织阳性表达率18.3%(11/60),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且HIF-1α表达水平与肿瘤的分期、分化程度和淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。结直肠癌组织中Foxp3和HIF-1α的表达呈显著正相关性(r值0.409、P<0.01)。结论联合检测Foxp3和HIF-1α在结直肠癌组织中的表达,有助于判断结直肠癌转移潜能及评估结直肠癌患者的预后。
        Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of forkhead box P3(Foxp3)and hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)with the clinicopathological parameters of colorectal carcinoma.Methods Clinicopathological characteristics and follow up date of 60 patients with colorectal carcinoma were collected.We analyzed the expression of Foxp3 and HIF-1αin colorectal carcinoma via immunohistochemistry.Results The expression rate of Foxp3 was 68.3%(41/60)in colorectal carcinoma tissues,and 21.7%(13/60)in non-carcinoma adjacent carcinoma tissues(P<0.01).The expression of Foxp3 was cirrelated to histology grade,tumor staging,and lymphatic node metastasis.of colorectal carcinoma(P<0.05);The expression rate of HIF-1αwas63.3%(38/60)in colorectal carcinoma tissues,and18.3%(11/60),in non-carcinoma adjacent carcinoma tissues(P<0.01).The expression of HIF-1αwas cirrelated to tumor staging,differentiated degree and lymphatic node metastasis.of colorectal carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion Detecting the expression of Foxp3 and HIF-1αsimulaneously in coloreetal carcinoma has certain reference value for judging metastasis potentials and evaluating prognosis patients with colorectal carcinoma.
