超越弹性:抗逆力研究的生态论演进
摘要
个体的发展中充满着抗逆力的故事,然而若将抗逆力作为个体自身的内在特质,并以弹性为概括进行研究时,这种对外部环境的忽视必然使研究陷入管中窥豹的窘境。生态系统理论的提出为抗逆力研究提供了从微观到宏观理解的全息视角,在抗逆力研究中需要将个体生物系统-微系统-中系统-外系统-宏系统各层次的环境约制和交互作用共同考虑,并需注重各层环境影响的同等性原则,影响作用的差异性原则和文化环境的适切性原则。在生态论的抗逆力研究设计中可使用基于社会参与的行动研究、社会网络分析方法及多层建模分析方法,以完成对抗逆力研究的系统性思考。
