整合社区优质资源探索医养融合服务新模式

摘要
国内老年化发展速度已超预期,迫在眉睫地需要对症下药,而居家养老与社区养老是公认的理想养老模式,又是国家"十三五规划"养老服务格局的大比重类型。本文将借助广州市海珠区有关社区层面的养老"大数据",更多地从"自发—自增长—自运行"的角度去挖掘医养资源,试探讨社区优质资源融合的服务新模式。通过探索城市医养产业市场中各供给体间的平衡合作模式,促使进一步地加强城市社区治理力度,以包容地、可持续地发展理念,达到社区共治的目的。
The pace of aging problem has become a significant matter which has gone beyond expectation in our country. In order to solve this problem, home and community-based healthcare, which takes a big portion in the "thirteenth five years plan" in this section in China, is the ideal ways for retirement. Base on the big data on healthcare in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, this article would dig out more medical resources from the perspective of "spontaneous-self growth-self operation" and try to explore a new mode of community high-quality resources integration service. By exploring a balanced cooperation among various suppliers in the urban healthcare industry market, it is imperative to further strengthen the governance of urban communities and to develop a concept of inclusive and sustainable development so as to achieve a goal of community governance.
