摘要
绿色供应链管理(GSCM)是组织管理中的战略问题,也是新经济发展的关键问题和难问题。GSCM评价决策是推进GSCM战略的手段之一。运用AHP、灰关联、三角模糊等工具建立混合群决策模型(HGDMM),综合主客观思想确定决策矩阵、指标权重和专家权重;将建立的HGDMM用于抽样的中国本土汽车制造商的绿色供应链管理能力评估;最后将该法与VIKOR法作对比分析。结果表明:构建的HGDMM弱化了主观随意性和客观刚性,且易于管理者掌握应用,为绿色供应链管理能力评估提供了评价方法参考。
        Green supply chain management(GSCM) is a strategic issue in organizations; it is even more critical and complex in emerging economies. GSCM decision support tools can greatly advance the strategic notion of A relatively intuitive and user-friendly hybrid group decision making model(HGDMM) that integrates tools of AHP Fuzzy and Grey can help evaluate an organization's GSCM capability. To show the utility of the tool, a small case study from the Chinese automotive industry is completed. Six Chinese automotive enterprises are used in the case illustration. Lastly, HGDMM is compared to one popular group decision-making method VIKOR. The proposed hybrid model is more practicable and feasible with less subjective unbending and objective inflexibility, which will help decision makers to assess GSCM capabilities as well as to replicate and apply it to many aspects of real-world problem.
