胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤1例报告

摘要
<正>胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤(placental site trophoblastic tumor,PSTT)是指源于中间型滋养细胞(intermediate trophoblasts,Its),来自胎盘种植部位的一种特殊类型的滋养细胞肿瘤(gestational trophoblastic disease,GTD),其病理形态及生物学行为与其他滋养细胞肿瘤有诸多不同。胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤(PSTT)临床较少见,患者多因闭经、流产、葡萄胎或足月妊娠后阴道不规则流血而就诊。Kurman等~([1])于1976年首次使用"胎盘部位假瘤"描述该病,认为该病是滋养细胞侵蚀特性的
