同伴依恋对大学生抑郁的影响:有调节的中介模型

摘要
目的:探究同伴依恋对大学生抑郁的影响过程中网络游戏成瘾的中介作用和自我损耗的调节作用。方法:采用同伴依恋量表、网络游戏成瘾量表、自我调节疲劳量表和抑郁自评量表对677名大学生进行调查。结果:①抑郁与同伴依恋呈显著负相关,与自我损耗、网络游戏成瘾呈显著正相关;同伴依恋与网络游戏成瘾呈显著负相关。②网络游戏成瘾部分中介了同伴依恋与大学生抑郁之间的关系。③自我损耗对网络游戏成瘾的中介作用具有调节效应,自我损耗调节了中介过程的后半路径。结论:同伴依恋对大学生抑郁的影响是有调节的中介效应。
Objective: To explore the mediating effect of peer attachment on depression and the moderating effect of ego-depletion in undergraduates. Methods: A sample of 677 college students was recruited in this study to complete peer attachment scale, internet gaming disorder scale, ego-depletion scale and depression self-rating scale. Results: ①Peer attachment was significantly and negatively correlated with internet gaming disorder, and negatively correlated with depression. Internet gaming disorder was significantly and positively correlated with depression and ego-depletion was significantly and positively correlated with depression. ②Internet gaming disorder partially mediated the relationship between peer attachment and depression. ③Ego-depletion moderated the latter half path of the mediation relationship. Conclusion: The relationship between peer attachment and depression in undergraduates is a moderated mediating effect.
