摘要
目的:了解订单定向培养医学专科生基层就业意愿及影响因素,为基层医疗机构吸引和留住医学人才提供参考。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,对云南省3所高等专科院校订单定向培养医学专科生进行自编问卷调查。结果:56.65%的调查对象愿意到基层就业,男性、≥22岁、独生子女、户籍所在地与就职地在同一州市、假期曾参加过签约单位相关工作者基层就业意愿较高。对培养模式的评价好、了解培养政策者更愿意基层就业(P<0.05)。报考原因为"为家乡人民服务、对全科医学感兴趣"和认可培养模式影响其基层就业意愿。结论:订单定向培养医学专科生基层就业意愿总体不高,政策知晓率偏低,应进一步加强订单定向培养医学专科生思想教育,积极引导,加大政策解读和宣传力度,完善保障和激励机制,使基层能够吸引和留住医学人才。
        Objective: To understand employment intentions to the grassroots and influencing factors of demand-oriented medical college students in Yunnan Province, so as to provide reference for grassroots medical institutions to attract and retain medical talents. Methods:A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select demand-oriented medical students from 3 higher colleges in Yunnan Province and a self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted. Results:56.65% of the respondents were willing to go to the grassroots for employment. The male, the over 22-year-old, the only child, the place of residence and the place of employment in the same city, and the respondents participating in the related work of the contracted parties during the holidays had higher willingness to work at the grassroots. Those who had good evaluation of the training mode and knew the training policy were more willing to work at the grassroots(P<0.05). The reasons for the application were "serving the people in the hometown, interested in general medicine" and acknowledging that the training mode affected their employment willingness at grassroots. Conclusion:The grassroots employment willingness of demand-oriented medical college students was not high, and the awareness rate of training policy was also low. We should further strengthen the ideological quality education of demand-oriented medical students, guide grassroots employment actively, increase policy interpretation and publicity, improve protection and incentive mechanisms, and attract and retain more medical talents at the grassroots level.
