摘要
随着用户向4G快速迁移,4G网络逐渐成为数据业务承载的主体,TD-SCDMA网络作为中低速业务的过渡网络,逐步退频退网成为必然的选择。本文通过某省TD-SCDMA网络研究实例,结合业务预测进行了详细的退频分析、提出了相应的算法和策略,并根据具体网络的特点和设备退网的影响因素,给出了TD-SCDMA设备退网的策略建议。
4G network becomes the main bearer network because of user migration. As a bearer network of lowmiddle speed service, TD-SCDMA network would return the frequency resource and leave the stage of operator. This article put forward an algorithm and a strategy about the withdrawal of TD-SCDMA network by analyzing a real example of a province on its traffic forecasting, network feature, frequency returning schedule and equipment withdrawal.
