八珍汤联合放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌39例

摘要
目的探究八珍汤辅助放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年4月—2018年6月诊治的中晚期食管癌患者78例,分为2组。其中接受放化疗治疗的39例患者为对照组,另外39例患者在放化疗基础上加用八珍汤治疗,为观察组,对比分析2组的近期疗效、生活质量(QLQ-C30评分)和不良反应发生率。结果观察组近期疗效89.74%(35/39)和QLQ-C30评分(74.45±5.42)分大于对照组[(65.62±5.61)分,66.67%(26/39)],其不良反应发生率(20.51%)则小于对照组(46.15%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八珍汤辅助放化疗在中晚期食管癌患者治疗中具有显著的近期效果,能够提高临床治疗的安全性和患者的生活质量,在临床值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bazhen decoction combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 78 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were divided into two groups from April 2017 to June 2018. Among them, 39 patients received radiotherapy and chemotherapy as the control group, and the other 39 patients were treated with Bazhen decoction on the basis of radiotherapy and chemotherapy as the observation group. The short-term efficacy, quality of life(QLQ-C30 score) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The short-term efficacy(89.74%) and QLQ-C30 score(74.45±5.42) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group [(65.62±5.61),(66.67%)]. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group(20.51%) was lower than that of the control group(46.15%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Bazhen decoction adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer has significant short-term effect, can improve the safety of clinical treatment and the quality of life of patients, and it is worth promoting in clinical use.
