<正>1临床资料患者,女,54岁。以"腹痛1个月,逐渐加重伴腹胀15 d"为主诉于2017年1月3日入大连市中心医院。平素月经规律,月经周期30~31 d,经期6~7d,末次月经2016年8月1日,无痛经。既往史无特殊,孕2产1。妇科检查:外阴发育正常,阴道通畅,
