陆启滨治疗子宫腺肌症痛经经验

摘要
陆启滨教授认为子宫腺肌症痛经,病本为冲任不足,脾肾阳虚,其标多为胞宫气滞、寒凝、湿热、血瘀,正虚邪实,不通则痛;临床治疗提出非经期着重温肾助阳,健脾益气以固其本,行经期温经散寒、化瘀止痛或清化湿热以治其标,标本兼顾,疗效显著。
Professor LU Qi-bin believes that adenomyosis dysmenorrhea is caused by insufficient chong and conception channels and yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. The symptoms are mostly qi stagnation of uterus, cold coagulation, dampnessheat, blood stasis, healthy qi deficiency and excessive pathogen, and pain due to retardation. In clinical treatment, he puts forward that should emphasis on warming kidney and activating yang, invigorating spleen and replenishing qi to consolidate body resistance during non-menstrual period, warming channel for dispelling cold, expelling blood stasis for relieving pain or clearing heat and eliminating dampness to alleviate the symptoms during the menstrual period. Treating both manifestation and root cause of disease, and the effect is significant.
