高血压前期流行病学研究进展

<正>高血压不仅是心血管病的一个独立的危险因素,而且也是一种常见的慢性病,已经成为全球性的公共卫生问题~([1])。目前,估计全球有超过15亿人患有高血压~([2])。研究表明,与血压值低于120/80 mmHg相比,血压值在120～139/80～89 mmHg范围时极易进展为临床高血压,其心血管病的发病和死亡风险也显著增加~([3,4])。美国国家高血压预防、诊断、评价与治疗联合委员会发布的第7次报告(JNC-7)
