摘要

自尊问题依据尊重种类的不同而不同,大致可以分为平等"承认的自尊"与差异"评价的自尊"两种,在政治哲学领域二者的实现关乎社会制度基本正义的建构。罗尔斯公平式正义理论中,自尊具有基本善的重要地位,虽然有学者指出罗尔斯通过自尊概念无法充分论证正义两原则中的自由优先性,但是在实现公平式正义理论相比功利主义更能实现正义观念稳定性的目标中,自尊概念发挥着更为重要的地位。
        Self-respect can be classified into two kinds depends on different conceptions of respect,including recognition respect and appraisal respect, which signifies the construction of social and institution justice.In Rawls' s theory of justice as fairness, self-respect is basic good.Some scholars point out that Rawls' s self-respect cannot demonstrate the priority of liberty to equality,however,in the demonstration of justice as fairness can be more stable than utilitarianism the self-respect plays a key point.
