摘要
针对建材装备制造企业生产过程物料数据管理复杂,数据跟踪难度大,物料进度反馈与预警不及时等问题,在分析企业设计、采购、生产以及外协等流程,并考虑生产任务执行过程的变更特性的基础上,提出以物料流周期为主线的生产过程物料进度动态监控与预警模型。结合企业自身需求与信息化特点,设计并开发了针对建材装备制造企业的物料进度动态监控与预警系统,该系统已在多家建材装备制造企业成功应用,在优化企业物料流管控以及保证产品交货期方面取得了良好的应用效果。
        To deal with the problems such as complex material data management,difficult data tracking and material schedule information feedback untimely in the production of building material equipment manufacturing enterprise,taking the execution process of production task into consideration,a model of material schedule dynamic tracking and early warning in the production process based on material cycle was proposed by analyzing the process of design,purchasing,production and outsourcing.A material schedule dynamic monitoring and early warning system for building material equipment manufacturing enterprise was designed and developed to meet the requirement and characteristic of informationization in enterprise.The system had been successfully applied in several building material equipment enterprises,and had achieved good result in optimizing the material flow control and ensuring the material delivery date.
