摘要
设计了基于机器视觉的随动式塑胶管喷码机。该喷码机由底部组件、前部组件、中间喷码组件和后部组件组成,采用Intel Atom D525作为工控机控制器,采用MCS-51作为下位机控制器,采用CCD相机作为装置的图像采集器,采用两个四线减速步进电机作为装置的执行器。通过CCD相机对塑胶管位置信息的采集,经过工控机和下位机的信息处理,控制中间喷码组件随塑胶管位置转动,实现对塑胶管随动精确喷码,满足工业需求。
A follower servo-type plastic pipe spreader based on machine vision is designed. The machine was composed of bottom components, front components, intermediate coding components and rear components. Intel Atom D525 was chosen as industrial computer controller. MCS-51 was used as the lower machine controller. CCD camera was selected as the device' imagine collector. Two four-wire slowdown stepper motor was chosen as the actuator. The location information of the plastic tube was collected by the CCD camera, which is processed by the industrial computer controller and machine controller. Intermediate coding components rotate along with plastic tube, which is realized coding precisely. The machine meets the demand of the industry.
