集束化护理干预对人工膝关节置换患者术后睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的观察集束化护理干预对人工膝关节置换患者术后睡眠质量的效果。方法纳入72例于苏州市中医医院关节外科行膝关节置换术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各36例。对照组给予人工膝关节置换术后常规护理措施,实验组在对照组基础上给予集束化护理措施,比较两组患者术后睡眠质量和疼痛程度。结果术后第1天,实验组和对照组,PSQI评分、VAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后第3天、第5天,两组PSQI评分、VAS评分比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预可以缓解人工膝关节置换患者术后睡眠质量、减轻术后疼痛程度。
Objective To observe the effect of bundle nursing intervention on postoperative sleep quality in patients with artificial knee joint replacement. Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent knee arthroplasty in the Department of Joint Surgery, Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomLy divided into the experimental group and the control group, 36 cases each.The control group received routine nursing measures after artificial knee joint replacement. The experimental group was given bundle nursing measures on the basis of the control group. The sleep quality and pain degree of the two groups were compared. Results On the first day after operation, there was no significant difference in PSQI score and VAS score between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05). On the 3 rd and 5 th day after operation, the PSQI score and VAS score of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05). Conclusion Bundle nursing intervention can alleviate postoperative sleep quality and reduce postoperative pain in patients with artificial knee joint replacement.
