摘要
通过对电力液压盘式制动器在永磁电动滚筒上的应用分析,计算了永磁电动滚筒制动时所需制动力矩与制动器所产生的最大制动力矩,并对两者进行比较;通过SolidWorks中的Simulation模块建模分析了制动臂与联接销轴在制动过程中所受应力与形变,证明了电力液压盘式制动器在永磁电动滚筒上应用的可行性。
Through the application analysis of the electric hydraulic disc brake on the permanent magnet roller, the braking torque required for the permanent magnet roller braking and the maximum braking torque generated by the brake were calculated and compared. The Simulation module in SolidWorks was used to analyze the stress and deformation of the brake arm and the connecting pin shaft in the emergency braking process, which proves the feasibility of the application of the electric hydraulic disc brake on the permanent magnet roller.
