迈向卓越全球城市的上海劳动力市场研究

摘要
上海要建设卓越的全球城市,成为在全球具有资源要素集聚和配置功能的国际性大都市,其对劳动力要素的集聚与配置的要求越来越高,需要建设具有国际竞争力的劳动力市场。经过四十年的改革开放,上海已经建立起了市场机制健全、运转效率高效、资源配置功能强大的劳动力市场。但是在上海迈向卓越全球城市的过程中,对上海劳动力市场建设的要求越来越高,特别是需要提升上海劳动力市场的国际化水平。因此,上海劳动力市场还需要在劳动力结构、对外开放、市场环境和相关劳动政策法规等方面进一步完善,才能更好地服务上海卓越全球城市的建设。
Shanghai needs to build a superior global city and become an international metropolis with global resource clustering and allocation functions.The demand for the concentration and allocation of labor factors is increasing,and it is necessary to build an internationally competitive labor market.After 40 years of reform and opening up,Shanghai has established a labor market with sound market mechanism,efficient operation and powerful resource allocation.However,in the process of Shanghai moving towards a global city,the demand for Shanghai labor market construction is higher and higher,especially the need to improve the international level of the Shanghai labor market.Therefore,the Shanghai labor market needs to be further improved in terms of labor structure,opening up, market environment and related labor policies and regulations,in order to better serve the construction of Shanghai outstanding global city.
