凉山州艾滋病传播风险的健康社会决定因素评价指标体系构建

摘要
目的构建凉山州艾滋病传播风险的健康社会决定因素评价指标体系,为凉山州艾滋病防控工作提供科学依据。方法本研究首先采用文献法及专题小组讨论法初步确定指标体系,再应用德尔菲法和层次分析法相结合的方法构建指标体系并确定各级指标权重。结果两轮咨询的专家积极系数分别为100%、90.9%;一级指标的专家权威系数均值为0.93±0.04;两轮咨询专家意见协调系数分别为0.438和0.520,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);经过两轮专家咨询建立了凉山州艾滋病传播风险的健康社会决定因素评价指标体系,该指标体系包括8个一级指标,29个二级指标,89个三级指标;应用层次分析法确定了各级指标权重,各判断矩阵的一致性检验结果CR均<0.1,具有较好的逻辑合理性。结论本研究专家咨询质量好,所建立的指标体系结构合理、内容全面。
Objective To establish an AIDS risk assessment index system based on social determinants of health in Liangshan prefecture and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of AIDS.Methods With methods of literature review and focus group discussion,a preliminary index system was established.Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)were applied to screen the indexes and determine the weight of each index.Results The active coefficients were 100% and 90.9% for the two rounds of expert consultation,respectively.The mean of authority coefficient of the primary index was 0.93±0.04.The concordance coefficients were 0.438 and 0.520,respectively,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The final indicators comprised 8 primary indexes,29 secondary indexes and 89 tertiary indexes.The weight of each index was calculated by AHP,and the consistency of each judgment matrix CR was lower than 0.1,suggesting that the index system exhibited good logical rationality.Conclusion The expert consultation has achieved reliable results.The established index system has reasonable structure and comprehensive contents,which can provide a quantitative basis for the empirical study.
