摘要
垂体特异性转录因子(pituitary specific transcription factor,POU1F1)在动物垂体前叶特异性表达,是参与机体细胞生长与发育调节的一类重要的转录因子,对垂体细胞基因转录起重要调节作用,从而显著影响家畜的生长、发育及繁殖等方面。本文从反刍动物POU1F1基因的结构特征与生物学特性、近年来对牛、山羊、绵羊等反刍动物POU1F1基因多态性的挖掘及其与经济性状关联的最新进展等几个方面进行总结,以期为反刍动物POU1F1基因研究提供研究思路和研究方向。
        Pituitary specific transcription factor(POU1 F1) is an important transcriptional factor that specifically expressed in the anterior pituitary of animals. It has crucial biological functions and plays a significant role in the regulation of growth, development and reproduction of livestock. In this paper, the structural characteristics and functions of POU1F1 gene ofruminant, the recent studies of polymorphisms and their relationships with economic traits in ruminant are discussed, which provides ideas and research directions for ruminant breeding.
