摘要
为了研究高速列车车体用T6时效6005A铝合金型材的搅拌摩擦焊接头耐工业性环境及海洋性气候腐蚀的性能.通过人造气氛腐蚀试验盐雾试验方法(GB/T10125-2012)、金属和合金的腐蚀电化学试验方法恒电位和动电位极化测量导则(GB/T24196-2009),对6005A-T6铝合金型材搅拌摩擦焊接头的耐盐雾腐蚀性能及耐电化学点蚀性能进行了研究.盐雾试验搅拌摩擦焊接头腐蚀率低于母材,说明接头耐盐雾腐蚀性能更好;腐蚀后形貌保持最好的是热机影响区,其次是焊核.电化学试验搅拌摩擦焊热机影响区极化曲线在最左上方,腐蚀电流密度为3.005μA/cm2,腐蚀电位为-682.953 mV,说明耐酸性点蚀性能最好,其次是焊核,热影响区电化学参数较差,母材最差.研究结果表明:6005A-T6铝合金型材搅拌摩擦焊接头整体耐腐蚀性能优于母材,尤其是热机影响区耐蚀性能很好,但热影响区耐蚀性能差.
        In order to study the corrosion resistance of FSW joint of a 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy for high-speed train bodies to industrial environment and marine climate,salt spray corrosion resistance was studied by artificial atmosphere salt spray test method(GB/T10125-2012),and electrochemical pitting corrosion resistance was studied by corrosion electrochemical test method for metals and alloys guide for potential and potentiodynamic polarization measurement(GB/T24196-2009).With the salt spray test,the FSW joint corrosion rate is lower than the that of the base metal,indicating better resistance of the joint to salt spray corrosion.After corrosion,the best performance is the thermo-mechanically affected zone(TMAZ),followed by nugget.The polarization curve of the TMAZ of the FSW joint in the electrochemical test is at the top left with corrosion current density of 3.005 μA/cm2 and corrosion potential of-682.953 m V,which indicates that the acid-resistant pitting performance is the best,followed by the nugget,the electro-chemical parameters of the heat-affected zone(HAZ) are poor,and the base metal is the worst.The results show that the overall corrosion resistance of the6005A-T6 aluminum alloy FSW joint is better than that of the base metal,especially the TMAZ has good corrosion resistance,but the corrosion resistance of the HAZ is poor.
