摘要
对遇碰撞是航行安全问题中最危险的问题之一.为了研究对遇局面避碰过程中DCPA(最小会遇距离)与TCPA(最小会遇时间)值变化的含义,提高航海安全.通过进行模拟实验的方法,以集装箱船为例,具体地描述了避碰过程中TCPA和DCPA值的变化情况.实验结果表明,由于船长操纵习惯的不同,会导致DCPA和TCPA值不同.同时,给出了各船舶应在何种DCPA和TCPA值进行避碰和返航的建议值.
Head-on collision is one of the most dangerous issues in navigation safety. In order to study the meaning of DCPA(minimum meeting distance) and TCPA(minimum meeting time) values in the collision avoidance process,and to improve navigation safety. The variation of TCPA and DCPA values during the collision avoidance process of container ship is specifically described by performing the simulation experiment. The experimental results show that the DCPA and TCPA values are different due to the different handling habits of the captain. At the same time,the reference values of DCPA and TCPA for collision avoidance and return are given.
