面向智能制造的焊接工艺模型设计

摘要
为了满足智能焊接制造对焊接工艺模型数据的需求,通过分析船体建造智能焊接工艺设计要求,重构了焊接工艺模型属性信息;基于SPD船体构件设计和建模数据,提出了自动焊缝创建算法;利用SQL数据库存储技术和SPD数据索引文件接口技术,提出了焊接几何模型和焊接工艺模型分离存储的技术方案;最终构建了面向智能制造的焊接工艺模型,并同时形成了焊接工艺模型自动生成接口和存储框架。
In order to fulfill the demand of the intelligent welding manufacture to the welding technical model data, by analyzing the requirement of the intelligent welding technical design of the hull construction, the paper rebuilds the attribution info of the welding technical model. Based on the ship structure design and model data on the SPD platform, it puts forward an algorithm about welding modeling automatically. Depending on SQL database technology and SPD index file API, it puts forward the techno-scheme of separate storage of welding geometric model and welding technical model. Finally, the paper creates the welding technical model facing the intelligent manufacture, and forms an API about welding modeling automatically and a software I/O frame.
