摘要

通电调试是机床装配过程中的重要环节,快速简捷的通电调试能够提高生产效率,降低成本。介绍了机床的数据管理,详细阐述了采用常规通电调试、ghost数据备份通电调试的方法及二者的优缺点,最终证明了采用ghost数据备份通电调试的优越性。
        Commissioning is an important part in the assembly process of machine tools. Rapid and simple commissioning can improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost.,data management of machine tool is introduced in this paper, not only the method but also advantages and disadvantages of two parties are described in detail by using conventional method and ghost data backup for commissioning.The advantages of ghost data backup for commissioning are proved finally.
