摘要
随着社会和经济的飞速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,大众健康意识的逐步加强,人们对良好体质和健康体魄的要求也随之提高。通过分析体质内涵演进,梳理体质应用研究进程,并从体质的多个维度,包括身体的发育水平、机能水平与素质及运动能力水平,辨析其与生理健康、心理健康与社会健康的关系,总结体质研究的现代化趋势。体质学科的发展需要加强体质学基础研究,完善体质与健康生活方式等相关理论,发展增强体质促进健康的应用研究,并广泛地吸纳公共健康、临床医疗等理论和方法,促进体质与健康的发展。
        with the rapid development of society and economy, people's living standard is constantly improved, the public health consciousness is gradually strengthened, people's requirements for good health and healthy body are also improved. Through analyzing the connotation evolution of physique, sorting out the application and research process of physique, and from multiple dimensions of physique, including the development level, functional level and quality of the body and the level of sports ability, the relationship between physique and physical health, mental health and social health was analyzed, and the modernization trend of physique research was summarized. The development of the physical fitness discipline needs to strengthen the basic research of physical fitness, improve the theories related to physical fitness and healthy lifestyle, develop the applied research of enhancing physical fitness and promoting health, and extensively absorb the theories and methods of public health and clinical medicine to promote the development of physical fitness and health.
