广场舞与健身走锻炼对中老年女性身体素质和心理状态影响的比较

摘要
目的:测试并比较广场舞与健身走锻炼对中老年女性身体素质和心理状态的影响,对比分析广场舞与健身走两者间的不同锻炼效果。方法:以141名中老年女性为实验对象,其中广场舞锻炼组50人、健身走锻炼组52人、无锻炼组39人,比较选择反应时、腹部脂肪率、坐位体前屈、心肺功能以及锻炼诱导情绪问卷等指标。结果:与健身走锻炼组相比,广场舞锻炼组每次锻炼时间更长;广场舞锻炼组的身体素质指标有好于健身走锻炼组的趋势;健身走锻炼组运动后即刻心率低于无锻炼组,广场舞锻炼组的最大吸氧量高于无锻炼组;广场舞锻炼组活力激发和积极投入分量表得分均高于健身走锻炼组。结论:广场舞锻炼组和健身走锻炼组每次锻炼都能坚持半小时以上,但广场舞更适合长期坚持;广场舞与健身走都能提高锻炼者的心肺功能,其他身体素质指标相比广场舞锻炼组有优于健身走锻炼组的趋势;广场舞锻炼组比健身走锻炼组更能起到调节心理情绪的作用。
        Objective:To test and compare square danceand fitness walking on elderly women.s physical qualityand mental state, comparative analysis of the differenteffect on square dance and fitness walking. Methods:141elderly women as experimental subjects,including square dance exercise group of 50 people,fitness walking exer-cise group of 52 people,non-exercise group of 39 people,comparing choice reaction,abdominal fat percentage,sitand reach,cardiopulmonary function and exercise-inducedmood questionnaire and other indicators. Results:Com-pared with fitness walking exercise group,square danceexercise group exercise time longer;the physical indica-tors of square dance exercise group have a good trends inthe fitness walking group;the heart rate of fitness walkingexercise group less than the non-exercise group after exer-cise immediately,the maximal oxygen uptake of squaredance exercise group more than non-exercise group;thesquare dance exercise group vitalize and actively involvedin subscale scores were higher than fitness walking exer-cise group. Conclusion:square dance group exercise andfitness walking exercise group each exercise can persistfor more than half an hour,but the square dance is moresuitable for long-term persist;square dance and fitnesswalking can improve cardiopulmonary function,the squaredance exercise group had a better trend than fitness walk-ing exercise group in other physical indicators; squaredance exercise group can play a better role in psychological and emotional adjustment.
