摘要
目的:探讨二维超声心动图(2DE)联合四维超声时空关联成像技术(STIC)检测对孕早期胎儿心脏畸形诊断的价值。方法:回顾性分析63例孕早期胎儿心脏畸形孕妇及其胎儿的临床资料,均经尸体解剖及追踪随访确诊。孕妇均行2DE、STIC检查,对比2DE、STIC单项检测与联合检测的检出率。结果:2DE与STIC联合检测的检出率明显高于2DE和STIC单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2DE联合STIC技术检测孕早期胎儿心脏畸形的检出率高于2DE和STIC单项检测,在孕早期胎儿畸形诊断中具有较高应用价值。
        Objective: To explore values of two-dimensional echocardiography( 2 DE) combined with four-dimensional spatiotemporal image correlation( STIC) in diagnosis of fetal heart malformation in early pregnancy. Methods: The clinical data of 63 pregnant women with fetal heart malformations in early pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. All of them were finally diagnosed by autopsy and follow-up. The pregnant women were examined by 2 DE and STIC. The single detection rate and the combined detection rate were compared. Results: The detection rate of the combined detection were significantly higher than those of single 2 DE and STIC,and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusions: 2 DE combined with STIC technique has a higher detection rate in the diagnosis of fetal heart malformation in early pregnancy than single 2 DE and STIC,and it has a high application value.
