摘要
为应对铁路货车市场激烈竞争和企业经营发展压力,针对企业产品实现过程,融入精益生产思想,运用精益生产方法,以模拟线建设为载体,以信息化平台为支撑,围绕产品实现过程梳理流程,明晰各环节业务工作内容及标准,推进产品实现过程作业标准化、资源配置标准化、管控标准化,构建企业标准化制造体系,实现产品过程可视、可控、可溯,促进了企业管理效率和效益提升。
In response to the fierce competition in the railway freight car market and the pressure of business development, aiming at the realization process of enterprise products, incorporating the lean production ideas,using the lean production methods, using analog line construction as a carrier, and the information platform as a supporter, the process clarifies the content and standards of business operations in each link, promotes standardization of product realization process, standardization of resource allocation, standardization of management and control, and builds a standardized manufacturing system for enterprises to realize visual,controllable and traceable product processes, and promote enterprise management efficiency and efficiency.
