摘要
海上BZ6井设计与实施了多项针对性试油技术。包括优选穿透污染带的射孔枪弹;为取全取准资料,防止测试污染和缩短测试周期,优选射孔与STV阀联作测试工艺;打破传统做法,采用两支串联取样器进行井下取样以及实施压后3000 m连续油管制氮气深排液等适应性技术,获得日产油5.65 m~3的丰硕成果。该井试油的成功,展示了低孔低渗储层试油技术的最佳集合。
        Through successful typical example of the sea BZ6 oil test well,the best offshore oil test technology of low porosity and low permeability is shown,a number of technical measures for oil testing,including the selection of penetrating bullet pollution zone have been designed and implemented.For taking all accurate required test data,preventing pollution and shortening the test cycle,combination operation of perforation and STV valve is optimized.Broken the traditional approach,adaptability technologies are applied of using two series sampler and down-hole sampling and the implementation of pressure after 3000 m coiled tubing nitrogen deep drainage,to complete the work of the oil test successfully,and this block produces oil for the first time,obtaining fruitful achievement of oil production is 5.65m~3,which establishes a new geological understanding for the subsequent exploration in this is.
