CT环状钙化应用于诊断及鉴别诊断甲状腺良恶性结节价值分析

摘要
目的探究CT环状钙化应用于甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法将2017年1月至2019年7月作为本次研究时间段,从对应时间段内选择50例存在环状钙化的甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象,均对患者实施CT检查,并观察CT检查的影像学征象,对患者的疾病诊断情况实施分析。结果 CT环状钙化可清晰显示甲状腺良恶性结节患者的病灶直径和病灶位置,同时良性、恶性患者增强后边缘清晰情况、增强后边缘高强化情况均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论使用CT环状钙化可对甲状腺良恶性结节患者实施鉴别诊断,为临床及时准确的治疗提供依据,因此该方法值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To explore value of CT circular calcification in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods Treat 50 cases thyroid nodules patients with annular calcification from January 2017 to July 2019 as study objects, who were examined with CT. Observe imaging signs of CT, analyze disease diagnosis.Results CT circular calcification could show lesion diameter and location of benign and malignant thyroid nodules clearly. There were significant difference between benign and malignant thyroid nodules in terms of edge clarity and edge strengthening after enhancement(P< 0.05). Conclusion CT circular calcification can provide timely and accurate basis for treatment based on differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
