摘要
本文采用单因素分析和评分法对人参、丝瓜美白护肤霜的制备效果进行了研究,用酪氨酸酶抑制法测定了人参提取物的美白效果。结果表明,人参丝瓜美白润肤霜是一种质地细腻的护肤霜。其pH值为6.12。在24h的耐寒性(-5℃)和耐热性(48℃)实验中无分层现象。对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率为42.77%,表明人参丝瓜美白润肤霜具有良好的稳定性和分散性。
In this paper,single factor analysis and socre method were used to test the preparation effect of Ginseng and Luffa whitening skin care cream.The whitening effect of Panax ginseng extract was detected by tyrosinase inhibition in vitro.The results showed that the Ginseng and Luffa whitening skin care cream was a kind of cream with light green color and fine texture.Its pH value was 6.12.It has no stratification in 24 h of cold resistance(-5℃) and heat resistance(48℃) experiments.Its inhibitory rate on tyrosinase activity was 42.77%.All in all,the Ginseng and Luffa whitening skin care cream has good stability and uniform granularity.
