摘要
利用溶剂热法制备过渡族金属Cu2+、Mn2+、Fe2+掺杂ZnS纳米棒.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线能谱仪(EDX)、扫描电显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析研究过渡族金属离子(Cu2+、Mn2+、Fe2+)掺杂对样品的结构和形貌的影响.利用紫外可见分光光度计和共聚焦显微拉曼—荧光光谱仪(PL)对样品的光学特性进行表征.结果表明,样品为六角纤锌矿结构,过渡族金属离子成功掺入到ZnS晶格中.另外,金属离子的引入对ZnS纳米棒的发光特性有很大影响.
The ZnS: M2+ (M = Fe,Cu,Mn) nanorods were prepared by a simple hydrothermal method.The structure and morphology of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).UV-Vis and photoluminescence (PL) were used to characterize the optical properties of the samples.The results showed that the samples were hexagonal wurtzite structure,and the transition metal ions were successfully doped into the ZnS lattice.
