摘要
SWISS整流器是一种新型三相降压型功率因数校正整流拓扑,适合于高功率电动汽车充电场合。为了达到单位功率因数运行,SWISS整流器的输入电流应尽可能地跟踪其电压,其电流总谐波失真(THD)应满足相关要求。结合SWISS整流器的工作原理,分析了网侧电流畸变和振荡是由于LC滤波器在其共振频率下阻尼因数很小而引起的。构建LC滤波器传递函数并利用系统传递函数等效原则,提出了一种适用于SWISS整流器的虚拟电阻阻尼控制方法。对比虚拟阻尼控制策略与传统的无源阻尼控制可知,虚拟电阻控制策略显著降低了THD,不消耗系统能量,还有助于提高了系统的可靠性和效率。在PLECS软件中,搭建SWISS整流器输入LC滤波的虚拟阻尼控制仿真模型,仿真和实验结果证明所提出的控制策略正确、有效、可靠。
        SWISS rectifier is a new three-phase buck power factor correction(PFC)rectifier,which is suitable for high-power electric vehicle charging applications. To achieve a unity power factor operation,the input current of SWISS recti-fier should track its voltage as much as possible,and its current's total harmonic distortion(THD)should also meet relevant requirements. With the combination of the working principle of SWISS rectifier,it is suggested that the grid cur-rent's distortion and oscillation are caused by the small damping factor of the LC filter oscillating at resonant frequency.An LC filter transfer function is constructed,and according to the equivalence principle of the system transfer function,a damping control method with a virtual resistor is proposed,which is applicable to SWISS rectifier. Compared with theconventional passive damping control method,the new strategy reduces the THD obviously;moreover,it does not con-sume extra energy,and helps to improve the reliability and efficiency of the system. An LC filter virtual damping controlsimulation model was built based on SWISS rectifier using software PLECS. Simulation and experiment results showedthat the proposed control strategy was correct,effective,and reliable.
