摘要

针对用户生产当中产生的SWRCH22A盘条尖状断口缺陷进行了专题研究,分析尖状断口形貌及特征,找出尖状断口产生的原因,提出消除该缺陷的措施与办法,有效地降低了尖状断口发生率。
        This paper carries out the monographic study on the sharp fracture defect of SWRCH22A wire rod appeared in use. By analyzing the sharp fracture morphology and characteristics finding the causing of sharp fracture,and by opposing the measures and methods of eliminating the defect,this paper can show the way of how to reduce the incidence of sharp fracture.
