麝香养心散治疗糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病及对患者血脂、血流变与凝血功能的影响

摘要
目的:研究麝香养心散治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床疗效及其对患者血脂、血液流变学指标与凝血功能的影响。方法:选取108例2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并冠心病(CHD)患者作为观察资料,将入选患者依据随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察组;对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予自拟麝香养心散治疗;治疗1个疗程后,评估两组临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后血脂水平、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血流变指标、凝血功能指标的变化情况。结果:对照组的有效率是77.78%,观察组有效率是92.59%,观察组的有效率与患者疗效水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者HbA1c、各项血脂指标、血流变指标、凝血功能指标均较前改善(P<0.05),且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麝香养心散能够有效提高糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床疗效,降低患者血脂水平,改善患者血流变指标与凝血功能。
Objective:To study the effect of Shexiang Yangxin powder on diabetic mellitus complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) and its influence on blood lipid, hemorheological indexes and coagulation function. Methods :A total of 108 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with CHD were admitted. All patients were divided into control group and observation group randomly. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Shexiang Yangxin powder on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The levels of blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), hemorheological indexes and coagulation function were compared before and after treatment in the 2 groups. Results : The total effective rate was 92.59% in the observation group, and was 77.78% in the control group, respectively(P<0.05). The levels of blood lipid, HbA1c, hemorheological indexes and coagulation function were improved in both groups(all P<0.05), the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Shexiang Yangxin powder is effective in the treatment of T2DM complicated with CHD, it can reduce the levels of blood lipid, hemorheological indexes and coagulation function of patients.
