摘要
通过实验对EDTA配位滴定法与碘量法在测定硝酸铁中Fe3+含量的适用性进行对比。两种方法在实验中均获得较高的回收率,碘量法终点明确但干扰因素较多,精密度较EDTA滴定法稍差;EDTA滴定法的结果更为稳定与准确,但终点显色不明显,对实验人员的要求较高。
        Compare the applicability of EDTA Complexometry and Iodimetry to mensurating ferri ion content in ferric nitrate with experiments. Both methods have good recovery in the experiment. Iodimetry have a clear titration end point but of lower precision than EDTA Complexometry because of many interference factors; EDTA Complexometry have a more stable and accurate experimental result but its discoloration phenomenon is so unobvious that have a higher requirement for laboratory personnel.
