摘要
本文建立了气相色谱-质谱联用法测定白菜中氧乐果残留的方法。采用乙酸乙酯作为提取剂,对样品进行前处理,气质联用仪进行样品分析。方法简单、快速、选择性好。氧乐果的线性检测范围为0.02~0.5μg·m L-1,加标浓度在0.05~0.20mg·kg-1时,回收率为84.70%~90.86%。
        A method for the determination of omethoate residue in Chinese cabbage was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The Chinese cabbage samples were extracted with ethyl acetate, then determined by GC-MS. The method was simple,fast and had good selectivity. When the spiked content of omethoate was 0.05~0.20 mg/kg, the linear range of the method was0.02~0.5μg/mL, and the recoveries were 84.70%~90.86%.
