提升LTE驻留比对CSFB的影响分析

摘要
LTE驻留比指标反映了LTE用户在LTE网内驻留时长与在2G/3G/4G网内驻留时长总和的占比。LTE驻留比越高,则有更多的用户使用LTE业务,体验LTE业务的高速率、低时延的性能,用户感知得到提升。近期在现网试验了关闭2G重定向开关,以提升LTE驻留比的试验,但随之而来发现对CSFB业务会产生负面影响,因此本文对此进行分析研究,以防止提升LTE驻留比的手段带来的负面作用。
The LTE resident-ratio index reflects the proportion of the resident time of LTE users in LTE network to the total length of resident time in 2 G/3 G/4 G network. The higher LTE resident ratio, the more users use LTE services, experience high speed and low latency performance of LTE services, and improve user perception. Recently, we tested the test of closing the 2 G redirection switch to enhance the LTE residentratio in the current network, but it is found that CSFB business will be affected. This paper analyzes and studies this in order to prevent the negative effect of improving the LTE resident ratio.
