平肝定眩饮治疗原发性高血压伴左室肥厚的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨平肝定眩饮治疗原发性高血压伴左室肥厚(LVH)的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2017年4月—2018年5月驻马店市中医院收治的68例原发性LVH患者为研究对照,随机分为研究组和对照组,各34例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用平肝定眩饮治疗。观察并比较两组患者心室舒张功能改善情况及疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者血压水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗2、4周后,研究组患者血压水平显著低于同期对照组和本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组LVMI和中医症状积分比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组LVMI及症状积分明显低于同期对照组和本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率均为2.94%,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);症状均在2、3 d后自行缓解,治疗未受影响。结论在常规西药治疗基础上加用中医平肝定眩饮治疗原发性LVH,可使患者血压明显降低,改善其心室舒张功能,进而促进患者临床症状获得更好改善。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ping Gan Ding Xuan Yin on patients with essential hypertension complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH). Methods Totally 68 cases of primary LVH patients who were treated in Zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to May 2018 were divided into 2 groups. In the control group, 34 cases were given conventional western medicine, while 34 cases in the study group were treated with Ping Gan Ding Xuan Yin. The improvement of ventricular diastolic function and total curative effect in two groups were observed and compared. Results After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, the mean levels of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and the symptom scores of TCM in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidences of adverse reactions in the 2 groups were all 2.94%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of primary LVH with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional western medicine can reduce the blood pressure of the patients, improve the ventricular diastolic function, and further improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
