摘要
为了改善变速箱自动化线装配中电动拧紧枪动态扭矩衰减太大的问题,通过更改单一变量的方法,优化螺栓的拧紧策略,使电动拧紧枪螺栓拧紧的动态扭矩与拧紧完成后测得的静态扭矩间的差距减小,提高了拧紧过程和拧紧完成后对拧紧质量的监控,也为其他类型的电动拧紧枪如何降低动态扭矩衰减提供了参考。
In order to improve the problem that the dynamic torque attenuation of electric tightening gun in automatic line assembly of gearbox is too great, the tightening strategy of bolt is optimized by changing the method of single variable. The gap between the dynamic torque of the bolt tightening of the electric tightening gun and the static torque measured after the tightening is reduced, and the tightening process and the monitoring of the tightening quality after the tightening are completed are improved. It also provides a reference for other types of electric tightening guns to reduce dynamic torque attenuation.
