摘要
从天然气净化厂污水池回流污泥中分离到一株硫杆菌菌株TYY-1,通过生理生化特性鉴定,该菌株可以确定为脱氮硫杆菌。从最适生长条件、生长曲线两个方面初步探讨了该菌株的生物学特性。结果表明,该菌株最适接种量为10%,生长温度为30℃,初始pH值为7.5。
        Thiobacillus strain TYY-1 was isolated from the sewage of a natural gas purification plant.According to the analysis of physiological and biochemical measurements,the strain were identified as Thiobacillus denitrificans.The optimum growth conditions of TYY-1 strain were determined as follows:the optimum inoculation amount was 10%,the culture temperature was 30 ℃,and the initial pH value was 7.5.
