美常安联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果研究

摘要
目的:探讨美常安联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果研究。方法:选择2017年10月～2018年11月治疗的112例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为对象,按照随机数字表分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=56)。对照组给予单一美沙拉嗪颗粒治疗,观察组采用美常安联合美沙拉嗪治疗。1个月治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组血清中炎性因子含量、临床症状改善状况。结果:治疗前两组患者中各种血清炎性因子含量均相近(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清中IL-8、TNF-α和MIF含量均低于对照组(P<0.05);经1个月联合治疗后,观察组腹泻改善率、腹痛改善率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将美常安联合美沙拉嗪治疗用于溃疡性结肠炎患者术后治疗中,能提高治疗效果,减轻炎症反应,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Mei-Chang-An combined with mesalazine in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:112 patients with ulcerative colitis who were treated from October 2017 to November 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into the control group(n=56)and the observation group(n=56)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with single mesalazine granule,while the observation group was treated with Mei-Chang-An combined with mesalazine.After 1 month of treatment,the effect of the patients was evaluated,and the content of serum inflammatory factors and the improvement of clinical symptoms between the two groups were compared.Results:The contents of various serum inflammatory factors were similar in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,serum levels of IL-8,TNF-αand MIF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of combined treatment,the improvement rates of diarrhea and abdominal pain in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the postoperative treatment of ulcerative colitis patients,the combination of MeiChang-An and mesalazine can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
