基于TPM的矿山机电设备维修管理与改进方法研究

摘要
以当前我国能源结构调整下的矿山企业生产过程现代化为背景,着眼于现代化矿山机电设备的维修管理,分析了其中存在的领导层面、管理制度、人员素质、管理制度执行等方面的原因。并以企业管理中的TPM(全生产保全)理论为基础,从改进维修管理体系入手,构建了基于全员参与的生产维修体系,阐明了TPM管理的主要内容,理清了设备维修工程涉及环节的主要关系,构建起以TPM为基础的矿山机电设备检修维修一体的管理体系。
With the background of the modernization of production process of mining enterprises under the adjustment of energy structure in China, focusing on the maintenance and management of mechanical and electrical equipment in modern mines, this paper analyses the reasons for the existing leadership level, management system, personnel quality and management system implementation. Based on TPM(Total Production Maintenance) theory in enterprise management, starting with improving maintenance management system, a production maintenance system based on full participation is constructed, the main contents of TPM management are clarified, the main relationships of equipment maintenance engineering are sorted out, and the integrated management system of mine mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance based on TPM is constructed.
