板栗壳多酚的研究进展

摘要
板栗壳多酚作为板栗壳废弃物的主要成分之一,其生物活性体现在包括抗肿瘤、抗自由基、抗氧化性等多个方面。现在提取板栗壳多酚主要采用乙醇水溶液,通过回流、微波辅助等方法进行。定量定性分析检测板栗壳多酚的方法有Folin-Ciocalteu法、紫外法和HPLC-MS法等。在此对板栗壳多酚的成分、提取方法、分析方法、纯化方法及生物活性等方面的研究进行了综述。
        Chestnut shell polyphenol has been known as one important substance with anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, free radical scavenging and other biological activity. Reflux and microwave assisted method were used to polyphenols extraction from chestnut shell polyphenol. Several methods were used to detect the components of chestnut shell such as Folin-Ciocalteu method, the ultraviolet method, and the HPLC-MS method. In this paper, the composition, extraction methods, analytical methods, purification methods and biological activities of chestnut shell polyphenol were summarized.
