摘要
本文针对大数据环境下利用智能化对客户服务异常行为分析进行研究,通过创建行为链、基于FP-tree算法的关联分析实现信息系统客户服务异常行为分析。然后,本文结合中移在线服务有限公司实际情况,提出了一套客户服务异常行为分析解决方案。
This paper analyzes the abnormal behavior of customer service by using intelligence in big data environment, and realizes the information system abnormal behavior of customer service by creating behavior chain and association analysis based on FP-tree algorithm. Then, based on the actual situation of China Mobile Online Service Co., Ltd., this paper proposes a set of customer service abnormal behavior analysis solutions.
