摘要

目的:探究TRPV1激活及激活程度对离体胃壁细胞胃酸分泌的影响。方法:取大鼠离体胃壁细胞,借助辣椒素(capsaicin,CAP)及钌红作用于TRPV1,测量H+-K+-ATP酶活性判断胃酸分泌情况。结果:不同浓度CAP对胃酸分泌作用不定,钌红同理。结论:对于离体壁细胞,TRPV1激活对于其胃酸分泌作用不固定。
        Objective: To investigate the effects of TRPV1 activation and activation on gastric acid secretion of gastric parietal cells in vitro. Methods: Rat gastric parietal cells were isolated and treated with capsaicin(CAP) and ruthenium red on TRPV1.The activity of H +-K +-ATP enzyme was measured to determine gastric acid secretion. Results: The effects of different concentrations of CAP on gastric acid secretion were uncertain, and ruthenium red was the same. Conclusion: For isolated parietal cells, the effect of TRPV1 activation on gastric acid secretion is not fixed.
