摘要
目的探讨近年北京地区呼吸道感染患者常见病原体的感染分布情况。方法采用间接免疫荧光法对1459例呼吸道感染患者血清中11项病原体的IgM抗体进行检测分析。结果 1459例患者中共检出529例呼吸道病原体IgM抗体阳性,总阳性率为36.26%(529/1459)。其中阳性率最高的是流感病毒B型(INFB),阳性率为18.99%(277/1459);其次是流感病毒A型(INFA),阳性率为9.87%(144/1459)和肺炎支原体(MP),阳性率为9.80%(143/1459)。感染率与季节关系密切,冬季呼吸道病原体IgM抗体阳性检出率最高为62.65%(374/597),其次是秋季为60.42%(171/283)。相比春季46.49%(139/299)和夏季40.71%(114/280),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。18-40岁年龄组人群最易感INFB,阳性率为32.90%(127/386),相比40-65岁年龄组16.79%(68/405)和≥65岁年龄组12.28%(82/668),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京地区某医院呼吸道病原体IgM检出率以INFB为主,秋冬季是流感病毒感染的高发期。病原体的感染分布与年龄、季节有关。
        Objective Research the distribution of common pathogens in patients suffered from respiratory infections in Beijing in recent years.Methods To analysis the 11 pathogen IgM antibodies in serum of 1459 Patients diagnosed as respiratory tract infections with indirect immunofluorescence assay.Results Among 1459 adult patients,529 cases were the serum IgM antibody positive of respiratory pathogens,the total positive rate was 36.26%(529/1459).Influenza virus type B(INFB)had the highest positive rate with 18.99%(277/1459),followed by Influenza virus type A(INFA)with 9.87%(144/1459)and Mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)with 9.80%(143/1459).The infection rate has close relationship with seasons.The highest positive rate of respiratory pathogens IgM antibody was 62.65%(374/597)in winter,followed by 60.42%(171/283)in autumn.Compared with spring 46.49%(139/299)and summer 40.71%(114/280),the difference is significant in statistics(P<0.05).The patients aged from 18 to 40 were the most susceptible to INFB,the positive rate was 32.90%(127/386).The difference is significant in statistics(P<0.05),compared with patients aged from 40 to 65 16.79%(68/405)and age above 65 with 12.28%(82/668).Conclusion INFB is the main pathogens in respiratory tract infection in Beijing area,and autumn and winter are the high incidence of influenza virus infection.The detection rate of pathogens is correlated with age and season.
