摘要
首次采用硫酸掺杂聚苯胺(PANI)作为光热材料制备光热杀菌涂层,以闪光灯为光源,将其用于表面快速光热杀菌。研究了材料的吸光和光热转换性能,考察了不同照射距离对PANI涂层的影响,并进行了杀菌实验。实验结果表明,通过硫酸掺杂可提高材料对可见光的吸收和光热转化性能;过近的照射会使材料发生热熔融和脱掺杂。由杀菌实验发现,硫酸掺杂PANI杀菌涂层仅通过毫秒级的闪光照射即可实现高效杀菌。不同光照距离下,涂层的杀菌率及重复使用性有"Trade Off"关系,照射距离在3 cm时,涂层同时具有高的杀菌性能和良好的重复使用性。
        The photothermal sterilization coating was prepared by using sulfuric acid doped polyaniline( PANI) as photothermal material for the first time.The photothermal sterilization experiments was carried out,taking the flash light as light source. The UV-Vis absorption and photothermal conversion performance of PANI coatings were investigated. The effects of the different flash distances on the PANI coatings and the sterilization performance of the coating were explored. The results showed that the doping of sulfuric acid was beneficial for improving the visible light absorption and photothermal conversion performance of the material. Too close irradiation would make the material melt and dedoped. It could be found in the sterilization experiment that sulfuric acid-doped PANI coating exerted marvelous sterilization effect through a millisecond flash. Under various irradiation distances,there existed a"Trade Off"relationship between the sterilization rate and reusability of the coating. When the irradiation distance was 3 cm,the coating presented both favorable sterilization performance and satisfactory reusability.
