摘要
介绍了汽车压缩机支架的铸件结构及技术要求,详细阐述了铸件的生产工艺:将球化处理后的化学成分控制在:w(C) 3.3%~3.6%,w(Si) 2.8%~3.0%,w(Mn) 0.2%~0.3%,w(Cu) 0.4%~0.6%,w(P)≤0.035%,w(S)≤0.02%,w(Mg_残)0.03%~0.055%,w(RE_残)≤0.02%;选用Fe Si Mg6RE1球化剂进行冲入法球化处理;采用粒度为4~8 mm的75Si Fe孕育剂进行初孕育,Si Ba Ca复合孕育剂进行第2次孕育,浇注时使用粒度为1~2 mm的Si Ba Ca复合孕育剂进行第3次型内孕育。生产结果显示:铸件的球化等级1~3级,石墨球大小6~8级,珠光体体积分数35%~55%,其抗拉强度不低于600 MPa,伸长率不低于10%,满足技术要求。
The casting structure and technical requirements of the automobile compressor bracket was introduced. The production process of the casting was elaborated:the chemical composition after spheroidized treatment was controlled at:w(C) 3.3%~3.6%,w(Si)2.8%~3.0%,w(Mn)0.2%~0.3%,w(Cu)0.4%~0.6%,w(P)≤0.035%,w(S)≤0.02%,w(Mg_(residua))l0.03%~0.055%,w(RE_(residua))l≤0.02%. Use Fe Si Mg6 RE1 spheroidizing agent for spheroidization treatment. Use 75 Si Fe inoculant with particle size of 4~8 mm for initial inoculation. Si Ba Ca compound inoculant for second inoculation. The third in-line inoculation was carried out using a Si Ba Ca complex inoculant with a particle size of 1~2 mm when pouring. The production results showed that the spheroidization grade of castings was 1~3,the graphite spheres grade was 6~8,the pearlite volume fraction was 35%~55%,the tensile strength was not less than 600 MPa,and the elongation was not less than 10%. That met the technical requirements.
