奥美拉唑联合腹腔镜手术治疗胃溃疡穿孔患者的临床疗效

摘要
目的探究奥美拉唑联合腹腔镜手术治疗胃溃疡穿孔患者的临床疗效。方法选取焦作市第二人民医院2016年2月—2018年2月收治的92例胃溃疡穿孔患者,按照治疗方案不同分两组,各46例。对照组行腹腔镜手术,观察组在对照组基础上给予奥美拉唑治疗。观察对比两组临床疗效、手术时间、住院时间、幽门螺杆菌清除率和并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率(95.65%)高于对照组(73.91%,P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于照组(P<0.05);两组手术时间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组幽门螺杆菌清除率(91.30%)高于对照组(67.39%,P<0.05);并发症发生率(2.17%)低于对照组(17.39%,P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合腹腔镜手术治疗胃溃疡穿孔患者的临床确切,可缩短住院时间,提高幽门螺杆菌清除率,降低并发症发生率,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with laparoscopic surgery for patients with gastric ulcer perforation.Methods A total of 92 patients with perforation of gastric ulcer who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled. According to the treatment plan, there were two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group underwent laparoscopic surgery, and the observation group was given omeprazole on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, operation time, hospitalization time, helicobacter pylori clearance rate and complications were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.65%) was higher than that of the control group(73.91%, P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The Helicobacter pylori clearance rate in the observation group(91.30%) was higher than that in the control group(67.39%, P<0.05); the complication rate(2.17%) was lower than that in the control group(17.39%, P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with laparoscopic surgery for patients with gastric ulcer perforation can shorten the length of hospital stay, improve the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori, reduce the incidence of complications, and have higher safety.
